Will this work on the toshiba satellite L645D-S4100

I’m not sure. This keyboard would not fit in my Toshiba Satellite.

I do not believe it was, but cannot be 100% sure. It was a long time ago.

Does it require special tools or skills to remove an install?

Small screwdriver and 5 minutes and it is installed, very easy do-it-yourself!

dimensions show 5.91x2.36x0.39inches, is that correct. My keyboard is 14x41/2?
