Finally found the right inserts for my foot issues! I have multiple foot problems. Metarsal pain in my right foot after surgery 15 years ago and a bunion on my left foot that I'm trying to avoid surgery on, as well as I have overpronation of my left foot. I bought new Vionic walkers a couple months ago but the inserts were already wearing down and I started having pain. Usually I need an insert with a metarsal bump on it for my right foot but with these inserts I don't need it and walking comfortably with no pain! This is the first time I have bought one type of insert for both feet and have them work so well. Usually I have to purchase two different inserts for each foot. The overpronation on my left foot is corrected and well-supported with these inserts without feeling as if I am walking on a speed bump. I will be buying these again as soon as they start to wear out!

When I opened the package I thought, wow, how could this actually work. it seemed so simple. Well, it did what it said it would do. The first several days my feet would hurt a little after working all day, especially the left bottom side of my left foot. but after a week I noticed my feet did not hurt like before, my back did not hurt, and my neck did not hurt. It really is a great product for my plantar fasciitis. there is still some pain there but nowhere near what it was. I would get up from sitting for hours at my desk and the pain was barely noticeable. I am looking forward to another few weeks to see if it goes away completely.

I got these to help reverse "collapsing knees" due to have no arch in my foot, and they have been amazing. I can tell an immediate difference while wearing them and my knee pain is basically non-existent

I’m on my feet several hours for work and was experiencing moderate discomfort after work. I recently purchased a new pair of shoes and wanted to get some insoles to make sure everything was as comfortable as could be. This product was highly recommended by a few friends. While the box was very damaged the insoles were in great shape. I’ve only tried them for a few hours but I noticed a huge difference after inserting them into my shoes. They feel great and I’m looking forward to wearing them for a full shift. I’m using them for a few hours each day as recommended by the manufacturer. They are true to size and fit really well in my shoes.

The size was so accurate that this insert did not need to be trimmed. The insert treats both arch support and helps reduce pronation which helps my ankles. The only negative is the price as I bought two sets!

I am a 9 mile a week runner with very high arches. I started developing metatarsalgia a couple of years ago from not wearing running shoes with inserts. When I got other inserts from my local running shoe store, they helped a bit, but I still had pain. It has been a persistent problem that had me thinking I would have to give up running. That was until I found these inserts. They have an aggressive arch support that took some getting used to, but it is apparently what I needed. No more pain during my runs or throbbing after. I’ve been using them for a couple months, and they are holding up well. I do still have to wear supportive shoes at home, due to having no carpet, but I’m no longer worried about having to stop running. Also, I can’t say enough about pairing these with high quality running shoes. A lot of the popular brands (one starts with an N the other has the initials NB) are simply not good enough. Get yourself to a running shoe store and get some good ones. Feet need the support from both.

I have flat feet and I have been wearing the maxx version (blue one) for solely basketball. The insole worn out in a little over a year with a hole in the arch, so I was looking for a more durable version. And this one is what's recommended to me so I gave it a try. In around 5 sessions so far, so far so good. The immediate difference I felt is that for the maxx version, some time I would feel numbness in the arch in the beginning of the session, it went away in about 10 minutes. And with this orange one, there was no numbness, I'm ready to go right away. Maybe the arch of the maxx version is a little too high for me. This orange one performs about the same. There were some foot pain that lasted about a half a day after each session, but that's normal for me. It's still a lot better than not wearing one, when the pain lasted for a week.

These things are awesome. It took a week or so but my heel pain is almost completely gone. They are more ridged than my other brand, and support the arch better.

I have had plantar fasciitis for a couple months and heel pain that kept me from completing my day. I can’t tell how much these have helped. I swear I’m on my feet more now then before (12000-13000 steps) without any pain. They are my god sent. I will be buying for my other shoes. Thku to my doctor for suggesting these and for the makers of course !!!!

These are not a new product. They did not come in the original box and the right insole shows discoloration in the place where someone else's big right toe has been.
