worked great during my hunting trip, not as fast as a jet boil but it heated up during my drive back to camp. Enjoyed a nice hot dehydrated meal once at camp.

Tesla Camping
I read other reviews of it taking 20ish minutes to boil. My first time using it i only put about 8oz in it and I had boiling water in 10 minutes. I travel a lot in my Tesla and sleep in it often. Gas station coffee just wasn't cutting it! I made hot ramen, oatmeal and mocha with it. All hot and ready to go within 20 minutes. I do find myself giving the water a swirl every few minutes but I don't think it's necessary, just something I do. In this picture, I filled to the max and waited about 20 minutes. It was enough for my Mocha and my oatmeal! Outside temp was 43° but it's so windy it feels like 38°. A hot meal when there's nothing else around is heaven. I've used it 3 times now and I LOVE IT! I wish I would've had this when my kids were babies. Super easy to use Hasn't leaked Doesn't get hot on the outside Portable

Simple and Perfect for Prepping
I love this thing. It appears well made. I have used it once so far. I just filled it to the max line with water screwed on the lid, opened the vent plug on the top, plugged it into my Jackery power supply, and hit the button. In about 30 minutes I could hear it boiling and it used so very little power. I love that it doesn't have any extra bells and whistles because it means it is smaller, lighter, and less things can go wrong with it. I bought this for my emergency preps so I have yet another way to heat water in a power outage, but without fuel. If I want to save on fuel, I can heat the water to boiling with this small and low watt kettle and then transfer the water to a pot on my camp stove so I don't waste a bunch of fuel heating water from a cold temp. I can also take it on long car trips in case of a winter emergency and I need to stay warm with hot liquids. This kettle is exactly perfect for what I need it for.

I love it but there's definitely room for improvement
Bought this for van life and it's been great so far! Much easier and more convenient than firing up the jet boil everyday. Pros: Lightweight and compact (makes about 16oz max) Simple and works Cons: I really don't understand the placement of the power plug on the device. I don't know what they were going for but they definitely got that wrong. It won't fit in a cup holder with the plug in (would need a large cup holder without plug). I wish I could drink from / make tea in it (too hot and awkward) I wish the insulation was better (entire device gets hot, but not too hot to hold) Mine does not shut off when the water boils, it just keeps going but not a big deal for me. Power consumption: Being off-grid power consumption is important. Unfortunately, boiling water takes a lot of energy (if you're using this with your car running you have nothing to worry about) The device uses 88 watts and takes me about 20 minutes to get hot (not boiling) water. So it's about 30 Wh (2.5 Ah at 12v) to heat water. A temperature setting with auto-shutoff would be great to save some power but I don't expect that at this price point. Bottom line, it works and it's a great alternative to jet boil if you can spare the power.

Lasted about 6 months with some rigging
Worked okay at first. Took a long time to boil, 25 minutes +. The button was always a bit cheap feeling and didn't take long before it popped right back out when you go to turn it on. Had to pry the button out and rig it to stay pushed in just to get it to work at all. Now, it blew a 12v fuse, the wire plug end burnt out and it is unusable. Can't recommend this product

Simple and Portable
This is a great little car kettle. It brings water up to a light boil in about 15 minutes (which is good for something that plugs into a cigarette lighter). It's simple to use and fits in a car cup holder.

Works as expected
I was looking for a way to boil water to make hot tea or coffee while I was driving/car camping and this fit the bill. It fits my cupholder and takes about 20 minutes to boil water.

Was ok…
It did heat up the water after about 30 mins. Brought to a boil but it only makes about a cup and half. Wasn’t that impressed so returned it but did work for my roadtrip to make noodles.

I wont recommend it due to the bad quality. I've used to use it once a day from the last two months , today 21/02/2023 it stopped working by no reason.
