A: I bought this and used it to replace the whole old lever assembly and linkage on my Flushmate.
I wish I didn't wait.
Works well, easy to flush.
Just pay attention to the directions, and don't drop the screws!

A: I believe that is the model I used it on. Love it, way better than the old metal linkage type.

**Q: Please tell me, does this come with instructions?!?**
A: Yes..but it is real easy to install...put in handle with cable thru tank hole and secure.  Then attach to top of 501 or 503 flush mate tank inside the porcelain tank.  Really easy

We've replaced (4) mechanical linkages for our yoga studio commodes over the years. These work great; the mechanical ones were forever slipping off the hook and needing to be reset on a regular basis. These have been working very well for several years. The only complaint is that we've had one cable break and had to purchase the entire kit to get the cable.
