Great for what they are
I got these to help increase testosterone overall. I've been taking it for some time and it has raised my levels along with all of the other stuff I'm taking. overall its a good value for price. Easy to swallow the serving size, and seem to be good quality.

Ladies please read this !!
The product itself is good! it came in a timely manor, packaged well, easy to take, smells good. HOWEVER, after about four days of taking them as instructed i noticed i began to develop a yeast infection. I have not had a yeast infection in years so i was originally pretty confused. after some quick google searches I have found that this is not an uncommon issue. If you want to be cautious, i wouldn’t recommend! (again, im not prone to them but still happened to end up with one. be safe, ladies!!😅)

Breast milk supplement
I take three a day to keep my milk supply strong. I breastfeed and I store about 8-10 ml of milk each day. If I skip a day it makes a noticeable difference. I’ve used this product for years. I started with my first born when I needed to produce more milk and I’m on my fourth baby now. Only downside to all fenugreek supplements is that my sweat smells different but I might be smelly because I lactate. It’s not a strong odor and I do have a sensitive nose. No one else around me has complained.

Fenugreek Helpful in My Health
I have been taking this specific product for about 3 years, one Fenugreek capsule before my two main meals each day, with at least 8 ounces of liquid. This means one bottle lasts me for 6 months. I use the Fenugreek as part of what I do every day to maintain a healthy blood sugar control range. I have never had any side effects. This specific product works for me. I will never stop taking it.
