Pampers Harmony don't go to a size 7 so wanted to try these. They are slightly tighter around the waist than Pampers but not an issue when stretched. No leaks at all during the day. The very rare occasion at night but nothing out of the ordinary. And great fit as some none chemical one's I've tried in the past like Natty, those were are rather odd shape.
