I use a peep with the bowmar nose button and I believe it really helped my grouping. The ends are kind of sharp but that’s by design, you are really able to tell if your putting too much pressure on the string. **Q: Do boogers stick to the button ?** A: If you stick it in your nose. It's supposed to touch the tip of your nose. I didn't like it, so I went back to a kisser button. **Q: Is this plastic or silicone?** A: I am almost 100% positive it is plastic. **Q: Can it be added without a press?** A: Yes. Went ahead and pulled the trigger on these bad boys. I love the selection of colors available to color match any style you want, hence why I picked orange. The quality is good enough to withstand any amount of shooting and installation was easy with bowmars walk through that he posted along with the product images. It takes some getting used to as it's not the most comfortable experience having something poke your nose but you can always sand it down to your preference.
