This is a GREAT book for EVERY instructional designer to own. Not a light read. Lots to absorb and digest - great to reference and read over time, and read in any order. The content validates the hard work IDs go through - if for nothing else, to maintain our sanity knowing sometimes its just best to keep doing the good work we do in the systematic way we do it, and let those who don't know and refuse to learn, continue on their own path (i.e. programmers, engineers, graphic artists and such - more aligned with eLearning product development).
