Great wheel and overall positive experience

I love this wheel, I had a similar model, the Kromski Mazurka, many years ago. I had a couple of issues after it arrived, I was sent a short bolt for the lazy kate (minor issue) and the footman broke as I was assembling the wheel. I was able to tie it so that I could use the wheel imidiately, and I was sent a new one. I only knocked off a star as I felt that demonstrating that the issues occured was difficult and communication could have been a little more on the ball.
