Excellent. Used by chefs as is calibrated. Thermapen recommend noting your own cooks - took me a couple of goes! One lot of meat overcooked and one undercooked but now OK. Rapid reading of temperature. Expensive but worth it.

Durable and well made, with good solid construction and no obviously weak elements. The product performs exactly as described. Fast, highly accurate, temperature readings for cooked meats (in particular) and very easy to use.

Perfect all rounder. And just used it to check for set on homemade jam. I also plan to use it for checking homemade bread. So to me its worth its price tag as it will be well used. It would also be a fabulous present.

This is a really well-made, sturdy product. It does exactly what it says on the tin! It checks temperatures REALLY quickly, and you can feel the great build quality in your hand. It puts my previous £10 thermometer to shame. The only downside is that it's really expensive. I understand that you have to pay extra for quality gear, but I think a more fair price for this would be in the £50 region. Love this thermometer. Don't really love the price!

Probablemente, cualquier otro termómetro cumpliría la misma función, pero la inmediatez, la sensación de tenerlo en la mano y la calidad que se percibe son simplemente inigualables. Algo negativo que noto (aunque podría ser positivo para otros) es que la pantalla no se mantiene encendida todo el tiempo, y que rota ocasionalmente dependiendo de la posición, aunque la rotación no es del todo precisa. Por lo demás, es un gran termómetro
