Love this thing. I wish it was easier to clean out but the compact size fits in any closet or I see the sink, it’s light, and easy to use overall. I think the suction is great, I use it for pet messes or cleaning cloth car seats. I think it does good, the water is gross every time so it must be getting everything out. The solution that you buy separate is nice and definitely removes odor.

Very handy for those pesky little accidents around pets. Does the job well. I just wished it heated the water as well since hot water from the faucet cools off too fast.

We have had a previous model for over a decade. Maybe even 15 yrs? It was still going strong but had accumulated lint and getting quite old. When I saw this, it was easy to justify an upgrade. And it is indeed an upgrade. In addition to a small boost to keep the water warm (which I'm not sure I fully notice or appreciate), it is significantly easier to clean the hose and tank. Every part disassembles to be rinsed before it goes back in the closet. Can't say enough how much I appreciate this. I primarily use this device for a small, carpeted office and a large area rug. No pets, but my young adult daughter is a painter and so there are frequent cleanups. If I spray goof off on the spots, this lets me clean up the cleaning products as well as can be expected. I also use it sometimes with just water to refresh my wool area rug. This gets some of the city dust and pollen off the surface. While we also own a full size Bissell Carpet cleaner, it is not worth the effort to pull it out of storage. As long as you're willing to get on your knees, this will do the small jobs. We've even used it as an emergency water vacuum when our overhead neighbor's HVAC flooded.

This was a replacement for the one I’ve had many years which has worked great! Not sure if the suction is less on this one but there are changes in the design that make it more difficult to use. On clean water tank I found it difficult to fill without using a funnel to keep water from running down the sides of the tank & almost impossible to completely empty it. I could not clean the dirty water tank, which has to be done every time, by running water into the small opening on the top & had to unscrew the bottom to clean it out because debris collected around the part that’s inside the tank. That has to be removed & cleaned & then dried out before replacing. To replace it you have to hold the tank right side up & place it on top of the lid & screw it on while holding the lid on a flat surface then turn it over, place the rubber ring over the opening & then screw on the cover. Why were all these changes made that take more time. The only positive change was great. The brush has a plastic cover over the bristles & cat hair collects around the edges under the plastic cover & is impossible to remove. On the older model the plastic cover could not be removed for cleaning but on this one there is a button to push to remove the plastic cover, clean out the hair & replace the plastic cover. Maybe it’s just me but these negative things could have been done differently & had a more efficient product. It did a good job cleaning the upholstery on the chair seats but I didn’t check to see if the water stayed hot so can’t comment on that & it did seem to extract the dirty water sufficiently. All in all it did a good job cleaning so far & people who haven’t used the older model may not even realize the negative aspects of the design.

Little green machine vacuum for pets is a great deal a great buy it gets up the urine on the rug where he was ruining the weather. He was ruining the hardwood underneath and I can’t let that happen so I’d rather use this machine every day and go over it because it takes me like 10 minutes. I can use this in my car. I can use it, my mom‘s car I can use it around the baseboards of the house just you name it. I can use it pretty much anywhere in the house so this is an awesome machine. The only thing is when you do soak up a lot and there’s a lot of pee and the container for , the dirty water it smells really bad smells of urine quickly so when it’s got about 2 to 3 inches of urine in it, you’ll start smelling it. I have to go and rinse it out. Immediately put Dylan dishwashing detergent in there along with a smell good from Bath and body Works out of the pumpkin for your sink or the phone kind from your sink and rinse it and rinse it shake it and shake it and wait get all the water out and then wait a couple of days to put it back in so that’s the only problem I have with it and you would think it would have something to smell, but it doesn’t but other than that it’s absolutely great

After one year of using I am in search of another machine. Pros: it worked well for a year and 2 months (give or take), the suction is amazing, it’s light weight. Cons: It is hard to clean (must unscrew bottom to clean every crevice otherwise has a small hole to rinse with water, dump and repeat), it didn’t come with the self cleaning so the hose is distrusting and it smells like sewer when using. It leaks from the bottom and the dirty water tank leaks from the bottom so I am making sure to detach above the toilet. The spray portion also does not heat.
