This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The bubble bed machine did not even function. The product quality is extremely poor and completely different from what was promised. The real shock came with the return process. I placed a return request immediately/ within the window. It showed “return initiated,” but no one ever called, no pickup was arranged, and there was absolutely no follow-up. Now, suddenly, the status shows “return window closed.” How is this fair? It honestly feels like a trap — take the customer’s money, delay the process, and then close the return window without resolving anything. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before buying this product. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I purchased the AmbiTech Anti-Decubitus Anti-Bedsore Air Mattress for my paralyzed mother, and it has been a great relief. The mattress is very comfortable, easy to install, and provides good support by preventing bedsores. The air circulation system works silently and keeps her at ease throughout the day and night. What I liked most is that it is lightweight, easy to clean, and comes with a 1-year replacement warranty, which gives peace of mind. The quality is durable and the pump is reliable without making disturbing noise. Overall, this product has really improved my mother’s comfort and health. The quality is as same as which was used in the hospitals. Ideal and much needed for patients who are in the bed for more than 10 hours. Easy to instal and operate. Price is much afforable than compared to offline stores. Very comfortable for the people who is using. This is a single cot size, color is good, it is light coloured but a bedsheet will be used on top so no issues on staining.

The product is good for a patient but I'm giving very less rating because the seller should test the product before you pack the product. Please keep it in mind that we are ordering it for patients who cannot wait till we get the product replaced if you delivery any malfunctioning product. Otherwise Amazon needs to come up with proper ways to deliver. I have received this bed for my grand ma where only one of the nossle stores air and will drain within 15 minutes. I have to keep the machine on always and I cant even return this bed as my grandmother will suffer till I get the replacement item please do something for such a products
