I bought this for my mothers home, she is reconstructing everything and we thought these lamps would look gorgeous. She bought two small ones to go into the family room. They’re great, easy to assemble just have to follow instructions. The crystal balls are rather heavy so putting it together did take two people just because of the weight. The only problem I’m having is the remote control. I’m not a fan of the bright colors and was hoping to just have it all white. The remote control is responding to all buttons except the G->B->R button that I figured is for color changing. The only color changing I can do is when I change from warm light to bright light. I want to be able to have it bright white with the inner light white as well. I downloaded the app and cannot connect to the lights, the app tells me to press the button on the light to pair. These lights have already been up and going and I figured the button was within where all the cables are located. Other than that, beautiful light.

It over heats gets too hot shuts down the electrical

Love the look of this light fixture!…I was skeptical at first and when it came it was a lot smaller than I expected but that didn’t take away from the look I was going for or how stunning this fixture looks! It gave my room the right amount of elegance it was missing!…if you have it in your cart order it now you’ll love the finish touch! I gave the install and remote control 4 stars because when trying to seat it against my ceiling it wouldn’t sit flush because of the bulkiness of the led pack as you can see in pictures above and the screws are only so long it took for my son to help me and hold one side to try to get it to sit flush and still after moving the pack around it still would sit flush to the ceiling. We only turned the screw twice so it’s up there just hope it holds tight lol and as far as the remote it works fine but trying to program it with the app was a little difficult I didn’t get past the on and off but as long as it does that I was ok it’s the color scheme I’m still in the process of figuring out but nevertheless I’m still in love with the finish product!

The light is very good ,I bought 2 ,they look nice but one of them was very good and the other one had a big electrical transformer inside, I can't make it stick to the ceiling because of the big size of the electrical shop

This item is complicated to assemble and if any electric part is defective, vendor does not have warranted part available in stock. My chandlier after paying $ 200 for assembly did not work and electrician required another 150 to dissassemble and pack to return. Thus it is a gamble of money and your luck. Back side electrical 2 parts did not work.$500 down the drain for me.

I downloaded the app using the QR code but I couldn't link the chandelier with my phone. If anyone can help me, please message me.
