I have been buying this for years; great product. BUT, I would pair it with a Vitamin K2 source.

Best tasting, energy and effectiveness superior! Absorption as described. Haven't found a better one. The quality is beyond what you'd get anywhere else and it's liquid form makes the application a non-brainer especially for those who can't swallow pills. Wish all their products would come in liquid form. Wish they'd have better sales too.
