Replacing this part fixed my Macbook Mid 2015 A1398 model. Tricky to change but plenty of tutorials on the internet. Turns out you don't actually need to remove the logic board, just loosen the corner with the DC in Jack board, lift it a little you can pull out the plug from the logic board.
