If you are cleaning us after the mastic remover, then you will need a gallon for 800sqft.

Will this clean badly stained wood floors?

It will only remove surface contamination.

Is this really effective to remove oil in the concrete?

A distinction needs to between "on" and "in". It's very good at cleaning tar & oil on concrete off. Not sure how well it would be for getting something like motor oil soaked into a driveway out. It would clean the surface well. But have not tested how far into concrete it is effective

It says it’s a gallon, yet your listing says it can’t be shipped to California because it exceeds a gallon. Which one is it?
