Had to ask my friend as it was a gift. She said it makes steamship, airplane and train sounds. So steamship might work for you!

How do you turn it on? I took it out of the package, removed the battery packing and plugged it in but it’s not registering that it’s charging

Put battery into device. Plug I to mains power. Press button on to to turn light show on Press button on the left under the momcozy logo yo turn off and on.
