No, SandBells are made with durable neoprene and secured so that sand does not leak with proper use compared to more traditional sandbags for fitness. Safe for all floor types and enhances grip strength.

Can I remove sand to make a SandBell lighter?

We do not recommend removing sand. Each SandBell is sized to be firm and flexible at the specified weight. SandBells are available from 2 lbs to 50 lbs and up to 70 lbs with the SandBell PRO so you have plenty of sizes for training variety.

Can I use SandBells in the Sandbag System or other handled sandbags?

Yes, SandBells are ideal filler for handled sandbags & unlike traditional sandbags for fitness you can use SandBells as filler bags individually for exercise. SandBells are available with the Hyperwear SandBag System from 25 lbs to 160 lbs.
