I have Klein #1 #2 electrical combination bits. Do my bits work with this screwdriver?

If they are the little single ended bits like I think you are describing, they don’t work. They slip too far down into the bit holder and get stuck. You need the dual ended bits like it comes with.

Are the bits held in with the magnets? How strong doea it hold. Ever have any issues with the bits being left behind in the screws?

The bits are held magnetically. The attraction is not super strong, so you do need to be careful that you don't get reckless and lose a bit, like I have. My biggest trouble with this tool is that the shafts are really hard to pull out. Sometimes I have to use a pliers to grab it to get it out. Overall, it's a super handy tool, and you will love having it.

I can't get any part of this screwdriver to move and therefore can't take it apart. Are there instructions> Guidance?

Grip the handle and the shaft part of the screwdriver and pull. It’s hard to pull out at first but will loosen as you use it.

Great addition to my toolkit

I’ve always enjoyed using Klein tools. And this one retains everything I like about a regular Klein screwdriver (tough build, confidence inspiring grip, materials etc) while adding a ton of versatility. The best compliment I can give it is it doesn’t feel like a ‘jack of all master of none’ compromise of a multi bit-driver. While I keep it at arms reach for smaller everyday repairs, I also use it for more demanding tasks. Which it’s handled so far no problem. I think every household should own one of these.
