Is this pillow by any chance latex-free?

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. Yes the CPAPMax is indeed Latex free, its made out of 100% Urethane foam and the cover is 100% Polyester.

how do you clean this pillow

To wash the cover, we suggest machine or hand washing in cool water with mild detergent and either line drying or using a low heat setting on your dryer. The foam layers should not be washed or saturated with any liquid as this could cause the foam to degrade prematurely and foam is very difficult to fully dry, but can be spot cleaned as needed with a damp cloth. If you purchase the custom fit pillow case to use with your CPAPMax 2.0 Pillow, it can be washed with your other bed linens.
