I have yet to use the cooling side. I'm going to try it. But, the other side is great. Perfect slotting for the CPAP hose, and the pillow supports me just how it should. Gotta find your mix of depth, with the removable foam pieces. And, yes, the custom pillow cover you need to buy is slightly tricky to put on, but not anywhere near what people have been saying. I get really good sleep, and I think it's worth the money.

It's a good pillow. I bought this pillow because my CPAP mask was contorting my head and stressing the implants and surrounding vertebra from my two spinal fusion surgeries causing spasms from C1 to T5. The pillow combined with a pole helped. I sleep on my side with a memory foam cervical pillow. This pillow has two advantages. The biggest plus with this pillow is the thickness is adjustable. Because of my surgeries I need a pillow that compresses to 1.5 to 2 inches. This pillow does just that. I was able to remove some of the inserts in this pillow since it has multiple ones of differing depths and compression levels to reach the desired thickness and compression. It also has wings to allow my head a positive area to lay but allow my mask to hang off the side of the pillow without pressing deeper into that side of my face. This removed most of the mask air leakage that was keeping me awake at night. The pillow is a little bit too firm for my tastes but then I have been sleeping on the memory foam side of the pillow. I'll try sleeping on the softer fiber fill tonight and edit this review tomorrow adding those results.

I enjoy the soft side of the pillow but found the "cool" side to be too firm for me. The indentation is helpful for one side but of course when you roll to the other side, the machine is still on the other side. Basically, I enjoy it and think it is worth the price.

Very very uncomfortable tried it for four nights and is the worst pillow I’ve ever had, it messes with my full face CPAP mask which causes my mass to leak, sorry but this is just not a good pillow.

I'm having a hard time liking this pillow. It is too thick and too small for me really. The cooling side is a nice idea but not comfortable to sleep on all night.

I bought this item to help position me due to my C-Pap use. I was hoping I could side sleep without the C-pap mask hitting the pillow. If you are buying this to help with C-pap use struggles, save your money. The cool gel feature really works.

Very nice, cooling side is wonderful. The cooling tour of it allows for side sleeping with cpac mask which is great.

When I roll from one side to the other, I have to move the pillow. It's just not long enough. Otherwise, it is a confortable pillow. I removed one layer.
