My oldest son turned me on to this year's ago. I have never looked back. Our local stores no longer carry it so I order in bulk off Amazon .It has a decent bit of heat adds good flavor. Like Go Chu Chang this can be added as an ingredient in soups or marinades but as a bonus can top almost anything under the sun!!!

Not just 2D “hot” - it has depth of flavor. Starts out a bit sweet and then kicks! But it doesn’t burn my mouth like some hot sauces. We aren’t the family that puts hot sauce on everything, but just used tonight over chicken rice and roasted green beans 😍 can’t find this in my local grocery stores and we have a lot of them around here, so thank you amazon! Good price too.
