Hub is diabetic so I'm trying new recipes getting away from white flour. Comes in a nice, sealed container to keep in the freezer. Exactly what I was looking for at a decent price.

Out of the box, this coconut flour comes in an impressive 2 gallon sealed bucket that is air tight and thick, ensuring your flour comes in perfect condition at peak freshness. While not Keto anymore, I was at one point and still remember fondly quite a few recipes that used coconut flour, which is what originally caused my interest in the product. This is a really great flour with a variety of uses. From cookies to pizzas, there's quite a lot you can do with this flour that tastes great, and plenty of recipes to look up online for. Personally, I really like using coconut flour when making sauces or soup. It's the perfect thickening agent that in my opinion pairs well with savory flavors. It also absorbs liquid more than normal flours, meaning it takes less to get the same results. I'm really happy with this product, the flour seems really good in quality and worked well for all the dishes I tried it with. Due to how much you get, I still have plenty left, and can't wait to get back into the kitchen and try out even more recipes!

This is very good coconut flour. It's great for gluten-free baking and cooking. There are many Paleo and Keto recipes available if you are new to coconut flour. The 2 gallon bucket quantity is huge, total weight is about 4 pounds. A super deal on a specialty flour that can be hard to find.
