But now I don't understand why it would. suddenly stop when it was.going so well, so I am returning and getting a replacement. Hopefully the new one will last longer. Updating " after over two hours i decided to truck to see if it will work and guess what? The product started to work again. I am guessing when the motor over heat it will stop working? I am only guessing but it work so I change my one start to five stars and I guess I will be paying for an extra grinder out of pocket but it's worth it i will just have a spare lying around the house. I recommend this product Review: 1 COOL Grinder - Really good grinder. Very efficient and fast. It has an appropriate name as well. It is Cool. Sure doesn't look like any other grinder I've owned before. Low noise level. Impossible to spill. It has two caps. An inner cap inside once you load it the plastic housing, you seal it with the plastic vacuum cap. Then place the outer cover over it, twist it slightly and push down activating the motor. Then grind away. And it's fast. I suggest shaking the grinder while grinding to get an even grind, depending on what you're grinding. The size is perfect. Durability and value are too soon for me to determine since I've only just received and started using it. Aesthetically very appealing. I will say price wise it's priced where it should be, comparatively speaking. I wouldn't have any problem recommending this product at all. Matter of fact, it was recommended to me. ## Features - Large-capacity, fast grinder for herbs: Spice grinder can quickly complete grinding 120g of herbs or spices within 5 to 10 seconds; Its visual-lid design allows you to control the coarse or fine grinding state with one hand only; It takes 3 to 5 seconds for coarse grinding, and 8 to15 seconds for fine grinding only. - Powerful multi-function grinder: Suitable for grinding herbs, spices, pollen, coffee beans, etc., meeting all your needs on grinding, and solving other problems like slow grinding, low capacity, long grinding time, inability to control coarseness, etc. It saves you a lot of time for doing other meaningful things. - One-button operation and safety design: Its design includes a simple push-down-power operation, and the lid is used as a switch; Just a gentle press, the grinder will start grinding, and only stop till you lift your hand from the lid.
