Marine Magnesium

I’ve been taking The Naked Pharmacy Marine Magnesium for a little while now, and I’m genuinely impressed. For a trusted, science-backed company, I found the product to be very reasonably priced, especially considering the quality and clean formulation. I really appreciate that it’s high strength, vegan, and made without any additives, plus the added prebiotic baobab is a great bonus. In terms of results, I’d definitely say the magnesium has helped with my sleep issues. I’ve noticed I’m falling asleep more easily and waking up feeling more rested. It’s been a simple but effective addition to my routine. Overall, I have no negatives to mention — it does exactly what it claims, and I’ll happily continue using it. Highly recommend!

This is really good and helpful that it is a natural product, according to what the marketing says. I find that half a capsule to one capsule is just about as much as I can handle per day without getting an upset stomach, and even then it has to be an oily meal to help with the absorption of magnesium such as some olive oil, cheese or a full meal with enough fat content. If it’s a full meal great, but not to be taken without enough food that’s adequate in its fat content. That’s okay because foods which naturally have magnesium tend to have fats such as nuts and seeds. Just take it with a proper meal.
