what are the actual colors?

The pictures show the top part of the valance as Black which is true. The picture is true colors are black,brown,tan,white.

So the top tier is 36" long and the bottom is 36" long correct? So if my window is 53" high and 46" wide one set should fit fine right?

I would get two valances and four tiers, if you're window is 53" h then you probably want to purchase the 24 " tiers

how or where do i find the floor mat to match this curtain set that's featured in the picture

Yes it is. There is only two curtain rods. One for the top valance with the side hang downs and one for the lower curtain.

Excellent purchase!!! Very happy I was convinced by the reviews as wasn’t too sure buy the product image, I felt it look too dull and old fashion but this the complete opposite it’s high quality, it’s made extremely well, absolutely no fault i just wish the tie backs were a bit tighter but the design is so pretty and the colours are vibrant and it has brighten up my kitchen a lot. Price was a bargain

Curtains are very pretty, l can Keep them closed and they still let the light in , l have close neighbors so it's good for privacy. They only thing that l would say is the material is delicate so hopefully it will last in the wash.
