Review: Impressed! - I have used a lot of vanilla bean paste in my days of baking various treats. Typically, it is a decent amount of corn syrup, quite gelatinous, and dispersed evenly with vanilla bean seeds. This paste, however, is worth every penny. It is chock FULL of vanilla bean seeds, and the viscosity is a lot thinner. It almost exploded out of the container when I first opened it to use it, as I was expecting the usual corn syrup goopyness. A little goes a long way with this stuff, it tastes amazing, and gives that perfect speckled appearance to your baked goods! I’m impressed!
