Can you use this product to cover the gap in bathroom stalls?

Hi Will, Thank you for your question. These can most certainly be used to cover the gap between your bathroom stalls. They are multi-functional and work on all the gaps across your appliances and countertops! Warm regards, Linda

I need to know specifically if I need to worry about using these with an electric range. Will it melt if a hot cast iron pan from oven touches it?

No, they don't melt or even touch the stove top. My wife loves them.

Has anyone tried cutting the width? I know you can cut the length, but gap is only about a 1/4 inch, thanks!

Yes, you can cut the width just as easily as the length. Just take care that you cut from the longer side and make sure you don't accidentally cut through the tab that goes into the gap.
