How does the lifetime replacement program work?

All Quantum brand products are backed by a lifetime replacement program. Quantum products that fail at any time will be replaced under the program if it is determined that the failure was due to a defect in workmanship or material.

Do you have customer assistance?

Yes! Our customer assistance is in house. Our hours are 9:00AM - 5:30PM CT (Monday - Friday). Visit our website for more information.

How do I know my fuel pump is failing?

There's several different methods of diagnosing your fuel pump. The most common are: Engine won't start/idle, current fuel pump is making a loud whining sound, or your engine is "surging" (your fuel pump is momentarily delivering excess fuel).

Yes, our company was founded in Santa Barbara, CA in 1999 then moved to Ventura, CA in 2007 where we are headquartered today.

Sucks.

Used in a LS swapped square body. Worked great for a couple starts. Truck started running poorly shortly after. Verified fuel pressure and it’s only making 35 psi. Will keep the truck idling but falls on its face if you try to run down the road. MAYBE 30 miles on it. Fuel tank was emptied and cleaned, brand new harness, verified that it wasn’t the fuel pressure regulator. Guess I get to drop the tank and do the job again.
