Sephra Fountain-ready White Chocolate Flavor Melts - 2lb Bag

I use the dark and milk chocolate Sephra already for my candy company however I had never tried the white chocolate before. I placed an “emergency” order due to the fact my normal white chocolate was NOT melting to make peppermint bark! The flavor of this White Chocolate Melt is amazing! They melted quickly and was sooooo smooth after it cooled

I purchased this because I could not find enough "Baker's" White Chocolate to make "White Trash" (a sweet version of "Chex" original Chex Mix recipe). I failed to note, however, Sephora did not contain cocoa butter and I was wondering if my recipe would be as good as in previous years. I was pleasantly surprised to find Sephora was superior. It set-up nicely (does not need to be tempered) and has a very good white-chocolaty taste. Rest assured I will be using Sephora again next year.

I bought this to use as a coating for my cake pops. It's way easier to work with than Wilton candy melts as it doesn't need to be thinned out. The consistency is just right BUT be careful not to overheat as this will cause oil separation. Sephra brand does seem to contain more oil in general which will soak into the sticks and cause the cake ball to fall off. I try to only dip my cake pops the day of or the day before they're needed to combat that issue and refrigerate as soon as possible. That's a pretty big con in my book when you're left wondering whether your order will last through an event. If it didn't taste so good and was easy to work with, I might be tempted to look at other brands.

Ordinarily I get the "melts", but if you are not quick with your chocolate mold it gets too thick too quick. The Sephra is awesome. It took a step out of my process of making White Chocolate Bark with Pistachios and Cranberries. The hardest part is the spreading before it get to hard to spread. With the Sephra I just used a jelly roll pan, pour it in and let it set. PERFECT!!

I have been making candy for a couple years and am loyal to Ghardelli white melting wafers. Ghardelli white wafers are hard to find around Easter so I had to try something new. These melted like a dream and hardened quickly with a nice shine. They tasted great. I couldn't tell the difference between this and Ghardelli. I use the Wilton wafers to add color to the chocolate and that also worked well with this. I will definitely buy this again.

This chocolate is the BEST! I pride myself a descent baker but I have so much trouble with melting chocolates. This is fool proof, it tastes amazing too, no low quality cheap tasting chocolate here! I recommend it to all my friends and family when they are taking on a project that they will need to use melting chocolate.

Omg this is like the BEST tasting white chocolate!!! Super delicious and smooth. I used it in my chocolate fountain over the weekend and all the guest comments on how the delicious they were. Not too sweet, just perfect. Will order again soon for an upcoming event.

This was the worst white chocolate I have ever ordered! I usually use Ghirardelli, but had a large order placed, and soon realized I didn't have enough white chocolate. I hopped on Amazon and purchased this. I will NEVER purchase again. It is entirely too oily, and did not provide a quality coverage to my caramel apples.

Use this for cake pops, fabulous for baking, melted easy and quick , great taste
