It was easy to use for me. Have used it maybe 4 times. To try it out and during my first endurance ride before the vet check. Each time I cleaned it and but it back in the box it came with! I am getting ready for the next ride and tried to get some heart rate for a baseline. Also the thing is on it won't pick up the heart rate. Tried several horses, the horse can dripping vet still nothing. Very disappointed. Of course couldn't find anything here like contact seller either. So I have to go the long way.Okay i was able to contact Amazon over the chat option they will let me return the item free of charges for a full refund. I will try again maybe this time I get a better woorkiing unit. it was great while it worked.So my refund was completed and I was charged a restocking fee. Really for a none working Item, why would you restock it other than selling to the next person? I don't agree paying this fee as I would have kept the item if it was working. Not my fault.

This item does not come with good instructions and does not seem to work at all. I tried to find instructions on the product website with no help. I spent 30 days trying to figure out how to work it and now I'm not eligible for return. I'm a tech savvy guy this is just a bad product.

Quick, accurate.

The sensor is bulky and must not be allowed to get wet nor be kept in a plastic bag. It is not convenient to ride with because of these issues, so I sent it back.
