Do A3 pouches fit in this laminator?

Almost - but not quite (an inch short). A4 and smaller. It's a decent, budget Laminator, but if your'e looking for something to handle bulk, I'd go for a more expensive one. Hope this helps.

What is maximum micron thickness this can take please?

what thickness in microns pouches can this take? 150microns?

Hi I've only used 80 microns with this and they are fine for hot laminating.

Can this laminate business cards?

Yes, but you must cut down the two transparent sheet pairs, to size, leaving a suitable wide edge all round to form the lamination. This means the finished cards will be larger all round. You can ONLY use/feed the paired sheets from the sealed edge, though, so it is quite a wasteful method. You will get a few cards along this one edge allowing space between them.The rest must be disgarded. You MUST ONLY feed the laminator with the pre-sealed edge first, else it would jam up and be difficult to correct the problem.
