The ball comes with a black case and a charging cable. I love this product as I often get leg cramps at night. It's save to use when half asleep and is most effective. It stays on my nightstand. The Solo also runs for a long time without recharging.

Can you use the Wave Duo on your upper thigh?

Yes, if you put it on a firm surface and then lean into it with the amount of pressure you can handle. That’s how it works for me!!
