Shiny and Smooth (and kinda confusing)
I got this SILK Tri Color Co-Extrusion filament a while back and have been using it for some projects. It's really interesting to work with - the colors blend together so well, creating a unique effect that kids seem to love (they always ask me about it). The bronze, purple, and green mix is pretty wild, though I did find myself getting confused sometimes trying to figure out how to orient the filament for specific color combos. Still, once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad. I've printed a bunch of different objects with this stuff - from vases to figurines. The surface finish is nice and smooth, which is always a plus. It prints without any issues on my printer, no jams or tangles (unlike some other filaments I've tried). This filament also has pretty good adhesion, so it sticks well to the bed and doesn't curl up during printing. One time, while working on a print, I heard someone mention that they had seen a similar filament being used in a science fiction movie once - kind of cool, right? Overall, this is a great filament for anyone looking to add some flair to their prints. It's easy to use and produces fantastic results. Just be prepared to spend some time figuring out the color blending aspect.

Works as designed.
I purchased this to be able to dry 2 rolls of filament for my 3D printers. This is especially important for the PETG that I use as well as the PLA, I do not use ABS. As stated in the "About this Item" information on the Amazon site, it cycles back and forth between the Temp/Humidity and drying time. The first time that I turned this on I was quite concerned because I could smell the electrical smell. I turned it off and checked it out to make certain it was ok. I think that it was just getting rid of that "new" smell. I turned it on again and programmed it for 6 hours of drying time. The "Work" was showing on the unit, but it shut off after 6 minutes. So I tried it again, and it seems to be working ok now. There is just a simple small piece of paper for the instructions. Most filament dryers are fairly intuitive and this is one pretty ease to understand as well. You are able to use the filament direct from the dryer to your 3D printer, but I don't do that. The unit is lightweight coming in a 3.65 lbs. I had nice sized footprint 9.69x 6.89 x 9.53". I have the white model and I feel it looks nice. I'm pretty happy with this purchase. I hadn't thought of placing the desiccants into the dryer with the filament. I like that idea as well. When the time is completed, it emits a loud beep telling you it is done. That is a nice feature as well. It is extremely quiet and I don't even notice it is on.

Slow and bare-bones but it works
I wanted a filament dryer to reduce stringing when I print with TPU. I don't use TPU very often and rarely need a dryer so I didn't want to spend a lot of money. As usual, I want something that works reasonably well and costs almost nothing. This dryer does both. The controls are as basic as it gets. You can set the temperature to 40, 45, or 50 deg. C and the time to... whatever. I don't remember and don't care enough to look. All I can say is that it will dry TPU. Eventually. Yep, it's relatively slow. You better know at least a couple of hours in advance that you want to print with TPU because it's going to take a while. This is expected and normal. You just have to plan ahead. I'm docking this thing a star because the user interface is a bit frustrating to use. You can figure it out in a minute or so but it's still clunky. Also, despite the fact that the dryer has sealed ports to feed the filament through, in my case it added so much drag that my extruder wouldn't feed correctly. I end up drying the filament and then removing it from the dryer for the print. Once I'm done, the filament goes back in the dryer. Not the most convenient way to do it but it works. The end result is that I get pretty good TPU prints with minimal effort. Just remember to dry the filament, hang it on the machine, and press go. Maybe someday I'll build a dry-box with desiccant beads in it to keep my TPU dry all the time, but for now this dryer works fine. If you do a lot of 3D printing with hygroscopic materials, I recommend a more feature-rich dryer. However, if you're a tinkerer like me who rarely prints with filaments that need to be dried, this one will work fine to start.

Much better and cheaper than other alternatives.
I got this one when it was on discount. I actually had bought it before, and I didn't like it and returned it. Then i started to test other brands and, unfortunately, they were worse. So, I decided to get this one again. I like the fact that it holds two spools. It also has a fan inside for air circulation and it allows you to keep the spools dry while printing. I have a Creality K1 and it works great printing while the spools are inside of the dryer. I am actually considering buying a second one so when I am doing multicolor prints, I could have 4 colors out at the same time and print from them while inside the dryer. I have been running it 24/7 since I got it and I have had no issues yet. The two things I would like to be improved are the fact that the temperature will not go over 50 degrees and also that the maximum amount of time you can set it for is 12 hours. I usually leave it running and reset the timer to 12 before it runs out to keep it running. All in all, a great purchase and a good value for the money.

Excellent drying and direct feed to printer.
Have used this over a year, constantly with no problems. I feed to my 3d printer ( Sovol 08 ) directly. The rollers inside, keep friction to a minimum. Drying stays at 25 % or below. I have had to dry some damp filament from an open filament roll and after 24 hrs, it got to 25 %. I definitely recommend buying and using this dryer.

Good but had to adjust plate temperature
Cool finish and look. Had several print fails due to the filament not properly adhering to the build plate. This was able to be remedied by increasing plate temperature but was an unnecessary hassle.

Excellent quality and consistently reliable. This PLA filament feeds smoothly, adheres well to the print bed, and produces crisp, detailed prints with minimal stringing. The finish is clean and professional-looking, with vibrant color and a slight sheen that really makes designs pop. It’s perfect for both beginners and experienced makers—low warping, no unpleasant odor, and great layer adhesion. Ideal for prototyping, decorative pieces, and functional prints alike. Highly recommended for anyone looking for hassle-free, high-quality results.

Loved that this gives a non-horizontal look to the model due to the twist in the colour binding of the 3 colours. I think this would be best suited to vase type or largely hollow models as the colour shifts really quickly and with too dense a model it will lose its advantage.
