New Gain Matched Pair (2 pcs) Psvane 6SN7-UK Vacuum Tubes The Psvane 6SN7-UK is wildly popular and for good reason. This is the only tube on the modern market to feature shouldered glass. Shouldered tubes are extremely sought after in the vintage world and fetch a premium for their increased imaging and warm tone. This tube was designed and modeled around the British Mullard ECC32/6SN7 and Brimar ECC32. Both of which featured shouldered glass and a unique plate structure which was also nearly perfectly replicated by Psvane. Many years of R&D went into this tube and it paid off. This is the most genuinely vintage British tone you’ll ever hear. For a long time there were only a few modern production 6SN7 tubes on the market. Most of them were good, but none were designed specifically for HiFi with no expense spared like this one. Testing and/or Matching Tested and/or matched at full operating voltage on a Maxi-Matcher Preamp tube tester for both Gain and Gm (General Mutual Transconductance) We always TRY to match by 5% when we can (90% of them time) but our cut-off matching parameter is +/- 15%.
