The title of my review sums up how pleased I am with this product. Pros 1. Conforms to the shape of neck & shoulders 2. Has two sides: 1 with soft material if you prefer to gently ease into the cold and durable plastic side if you’re the type that jumps into the pool/lake/name your favorite body of cold water to get it over with. 3. Stays cold for at least an hour Con It’s only a very slight “oooh man I wish”…. it’s one size fits all. That size IS always a lie. 1. You may need to make slight adjustments if your shoulders are not as wide as the cold pack. Overlapping the front tabs & using a clip does it for me. 2. The section that is meant for your neck fits me well but I have a slightly longer neck. It actually may work better for someone with a shorter neck as that part would extend up into the back of your head. Ideal for tension headaches. 3. I usually wear it under a shirt because it sits back on my shoulders and won’t make contact with my neck if I don’t. In the end - I’m an instant fan and will be hard-pressed to switch to another product. Maybe the manufacturer will offer a couple of different sizes. Because if you are broad shouldered or built huskily- this WILL NOT fit you. Sorry. It’s easier to adjust down.

This product is soft, bends easily to fit in the freezer door and easy to wear. I use it with a towel around my neck to cool off so I can fend off hot flashes and get a better nights sleep. It stays cold enough to wear for hours and comfortable to lie back on. There is a snap closure in the front that keeps the collar in place. There is good coverage from the neck and shoulders. This has been a great help for easing menopause hot flashes. Love this product.

This ice-pack is adequate. I appreciate the snap and its proper fit. I only wish it would remain cold for more than 30 minutes as my others do.

I recently had a cervical fusion and have been dealing with upper back spasms. My intent was to wear it while in a recliner, not walking around the house as some of the reviews mention. I'm 65" and small framed. This fits my back and shoulders quite well. Once you put it on, you will probably want to maneuver it to mold into place as a few of the comments have mentioned. The fabric side is quite cold so I'm not sure I would put it on bare skin as the company advertises. The piece for the back of the neck doesn't stay in place securely (isn't bothersome at all) so I wouldn't buy this for neck relief. The snap in the front of the neck is sturdy. If you have a larger neck, this may feel small around the neck. This is super easy to use. It has brought me quite a bit of back relief.

It's great for my shoulders but there is nothing in the neck...no gel, nothing

It works great for me. It helps with my shoulder and upper back pain and helps with the back of my neck. It is a little loose on me but my shoulders aren't very broad and you can tell it's made as a one size fits all fit. As long as you're sitting down, it will get your targeted areas. And my neck part has the gel beads in it. I saw some people's didn't but I took a chance and mine does. If you use it while walking around, it will slide around. But it also helps keep you cool so it has multiple uses.

I have two bulging discs in my neck ,and my shoulders were in spasm. this ice pack was a life saver.my only issue is that I'm small framed and wished I could since it tighter.i used a big chip clip to hold it in place.

Chronic back and neck pain for a long time, so I've been through quite a few ice packs and heating pads in my life. Was excited to get this bc it was larger and would cover both my upper/mid back and neck at the same time. After I opened the package I could clearly see that this wasn't going to be what I hoped for. The plastic is very sharp with seams and edges that aren't going to feel good on the skin. Next, I see this LITTLE bag that came with the ice pack and bc of my knowledge I had a feeling it was for the ice pack. LOL as you can see in the picture I posted that there is NO way for this to fit in the bag. Which btw is supposed to be in this bag "flat" in the freezer.🤣 you can barely get 1/2 of it in the bag. So, it's unrealistic and for the price of the item and the description I expected or hoped for better. Not just a larger bag, but better materials. I won't spend the money to return it bc it's heavy, but I wouldn't buy again and I wouldn't be able to tell anyone else that they should buy it either. Keep looking...there has to be better.

The thing came and a couple of the channels that hold the stuff that freezes were mainly empty. We talked to Amazon and we could return it. My wife (after shoulder surgery) used it a couple more times before we were to send it back. She said it helped so much that we just kept it. Wish it had those couple channels with more cooler liquid to freeze. But...hey, it worked great broke so..... I should add that we also bought/have another one that cools her shoulder top and down the bicep. It's great and thick, but she likes this one better. Go figure.
