JASAMBAC Women's German Dirndl Dress 3 Piece Oktoberfest Outfit Carnival Dirndl Bavarian Costumes for Carnival Oktoberfest Party

I wanted a dirndl for an Oktoberfest party, without going down the 'foxy serving wench' route. This is perfect! It is well-made, with a separate blouse, dirndl dress and apron. The embroidery adds a pretty touch. I'm 5'7" and the hem just reaches my knee. I took the advice of previous reviews by adding a broderie anglaise petticoat (mine is 55cm long). I'm glad I did so, it fills out the skirt and adds a visible pretty under-frill of around 1-1.5 cm to the overall ensemble. Sizing: according to the size guide, I'm in between a Medium and a Large (in most stores I take a Medium). I ordered the Medium. The waist fits well, the bust is just okay (a little tight, but not so that I can't breathe!).

Well made and good quality cotton dress , apron and blouse. Looks good on and will wash well. I am size 10 and got the small size and it’s great. (I originally ordered a medium which was maybe a 12-14 so was too big)

The colours go together beautifully the navy and pale blue embroidery and apron. I’m a size 16 and ordered 2XL but could have gone down a size. However with the drawstring bodice you can adjust it. My arms are slim so I sewed sheering elastic in the sleeves to get a more puffed effect. I shortened the apron by turning the waistband over so the skirt embroidery showed. Also I shortened the drawstrings on the bodice as they were very long. I wore it for a Eurovision evening and got lots of nice comments. The petticoat was ordered separately from Amazon and finished the outfit. I saw a recommendation for the petticoat in one of the reviews.

Good quality compared to others on Amazon. I did have to do a few stitches on the sides to snatch the waist but good quality!

This looks so much nicer than the typical versions on offer for fancy dress. The material is nice and soft and it’s a normal length. The colour options are great, I’d buy this again.

I ordered the biggest size available but sadly would not fit around my chest despite my chest being within the measurements stated, I cannot afford another dress and it's for an event so I've had to wear a tank top underneath and safety pin it to the tank top. It is nice quality though, just a shame it doesn't fit.

Stitches fell off my costume . It looked nice but I'm scrambling now to find
