That would make sense, too, in that the Wah feature and expression pedal feature would require that to be the case as well. As far as features options, appearance, performance, ruggedness and comfort, I’m definitely glad I went this route over buying two separate full-sized Wah and Volume pedals. Much more practical. It’s size is between a small and large sized pedal — the pedal pad grip texture grabs your shoe really well like a larger pedal. I have been playing guitar for half a century and have used and owned several different brands and models, mostly crybaby and a variety of Morly wah pedals, with a Snarling Dogs pedal from England thrown in for good measure, because it is the brand Jeff Beck Used. With that said, this Hotone is over all the best. It is well made, compact, so ot fits nicely on my pedal board offers wah, volume and expression which all work very well, is a beautiful metalflake blue, is quiet and I like the LED feature which shows the volume level.
