Perfect. Use rice bran oil instead of olive oil, it's much healthier - rice bran oil has absolutely NO bad LDLs in it. No flavor so super for dressings and sauces, cakes and other baking. Can be used to very high heat without change in texture, color or flavor, Absolutely the best for deep frying, fantastic crisp finish every time.

I use this oil for making creams and lotions that absorb easily into the skin...light, non greasy and fast absorbing. Works great and it is non GMO and preservative free. The price keeps going up, so I don't know how long I will continue using it instead of grapeseed oil (which is less expensive), but for now, this gallon jug will last quite a while.

This is my secret for making the best brownies! It is such a light tasting oil and the high smoke point makes it super kitchen/cook friendly.
