bought it to work with old DOS system computer. Works fine.

I've tried both adapters, I've tried different mice, the computer keeps saying "No mouse detected". Not very useful! :(

Just a perfect adapter for the necessary job! So glad we could find so easily on Amazon. This is for an old piece of office equipment that may need an external optical mouse once the touchpad burns out.
