I wanted a long sleeve coat for cool weather since I'd be wearing it over my regular casual clothes, usually a shirt and sweatshirt or sweater. As a satisfied customer of this manufacturer's short sleeve coat, I ordered this item. Guided by the seller's size chart, my observation from my previous purchase that the product runs small and the knowledge I'd be wearing it over a bulky underlayer, I ordered two sizes up. The fit is exactly as I hoped. Note that the care label on the garment has symbols directing either dry cleaning or hand wash warm, no tumble dryer. You can safely ignore those instructions. I successfully machine wash the coat in cold water and hang it up to dry.
