Handy. Battery powered makes installation easy & where needed. Illuminates paintings in my home & brightens dark areas without adding plug in lights. Very adjustable in regard to time set, percentage of power & light intensity used. Remote control makes every thing easy to use.

Very nice product, only concern why I gave 4 stars is the batteries do not last long in remote. It's like it drains them. Weird.

Bought my first set, loved the design and remote, but one of the two had a manufacturing flaw and the whole lamp portion glowed like a torch, too distracting to even use. Though the remotes worked flawlesly. So, I decided to order another set, this was a disaster (Amazons fault!) this set was USED! NOT NEW, no remotes, no mounting hardware, both units had leaking batteries in them with battery acid all over. Returned these (still have not receive confirmation of the return after two weeks) for a third set, This set was new and complete, both lamps performed perfectly, but the remotes have been very problematic, at first the remotes would not turn the lamps on at all (thus preventing ceiling mounting) but all other remote features worked just fine, now after a week or so, the power on works sometimes but not consistently. Even with all of this drama, we do love the lighting they provide for our paintings. So all in all a win, but not sure I would bet on another set working properly.

Very easy to install, and the remote was a great idea ! We used them to highlight an American flag and a WWII hero-

I bought the two-pack of spotlights in April, 2025. The first one worked until I had to replace the batteries which was in the 30-day return period. Then, with the new batteries in place, I found that the light came on at various times of the day and night which drained the batteries quickly. I then put up the second one to replace the faulty first one. That one worked well until the end of August this year. Now that light is also malfunctioning in the same way the first one did. It comes on at various unexpected and unwanted times, draining the batteries. Now, however, the warranty period has passed.

They did work well enough, but because their battery operated didn’t last long and I found I was changing out batteries and throwing away a lot of batteries into the landfill and I don’t like that. I’ve gone with the plug-in type.
