Though it stated the measurements of ratio from the powder to water is a certain way on the package, I'm telling you don't go by that. I followed the instructions, and I choked myself out from the powder when I poured it into the 32-gallon Rubbermaid trash can. Man, did I choked from the powder? After I poured water into it, I choked more. Then, when the bubbles started coming out of the machine, it was too concentrated and made most of all of us choked again. So don't follow those instructions.
