I drink this tea in the evening to help relax prior to going to bed. I like the taste. I will buy more as needed.

Didn't taste like Camomile or Lemongrass. I steeped it for longer than the recommended amount of time and that did not help. I also steeped two bags at a time and that did not help either.

Tea is delicious but packaging was inadequate. Box of tea was delivered squished and torn. Thank goodness individual tea bags were sealed!

I like the tastes & that it helps me to fall asleep

Just right for evening or bedtime - or any time - tasty yet subtle. Add honey or lemon. Yum!

Since the box arrived smashed in and taped up, I never dared use it as a tea. Quality unknown.
