Received damaged item from shipping (broke 1 side of each connector on the panels), contacted seller directly with the included instruction card. Extremely fast replacement sent to me. Top notch customer service. The item itself once assembled is quite sturdy, it holds my vallejo set quite nicely. With a top shelf that fits my citadel washes perfectly. Depending on set of paints, bottles will fit differently, but even with the short bottles, I have no problem using the stand easily. 10/10 would recommend

I bought both this and gamecraft vertical racks, here's how they compare. This one: goes together very easily seems to hold together well without glue no smell, nice clean look Gamecraft: thinner, paint bottles pushed all the way in stick out by ~8mm (easier to pull out) bottles are slightly angled (tip down) slightly more compact overall needs to be glued cut by laser, comes with a fresh burned smell more environment friendly (?) I'm going to keep this rack, but if I were to buy again it would be gamecraft - mostly because of how bottles are positioned.

Ordered one of these a couple months back and another later because I liked the design and price point. When I opened it I was a bit disappointed with the material, it felt a bit like normal foamboard, but once I put it together and was using it that disappeared. I find these better than the MDF ones I've seen and they had the bonus of having a very snug space to keep my mediums in the top. If I had to point out a negative from MDF it would be they are much lighter. I ended up taping mine down to the desk to help keeping them from moving around, but in the grand scheme of things it really didn't matter.

This paint rack does everything that it was designed to do....I just don't like it. I find myself using Vallejo paints more and more. Anyone who uses these paint will know they they have a jillion colors and the bottles are difficult to determine the paint color. The way this storage rack works the entire label is hidden making color selections impossible without pulling six or eight bottles out to choose the correct one. The other issue is with the horizontal storage method which leaves the tips and caps wet with paint when opened. Having to wipe clean every bottle every time is a waste of time and paint that is unnecessary. I've used this paint rack for close to a year now and have decided to retire it and start storing my Vallejo paints upright on the same acrylic shelves that I store my Tamiya and Mr. Color paints.
