How many bike locks can I cut at once?

I’d stick with one at a time. For efficiency.

what are the marks across the blade?

The marks are micro-structured cutting edges. They help the CoBolt to help grip and cut larger items.

Knipex of Germany. Outstanding little cutter. They make a lot of quality hand tools.

Can these cut closet bolts for toilets?

They can, but you are at the upper limit. You’d be better off getting the next larger size cutter, especially if your hand strength isn’t on the high end.

Everything I was hoping for and more.

One of those tools that just feels right in your hand. Solid, well crafted and excellent hi-leverage design that performs as well as cutters that are much larger. Cuts through 16D nails like butter.
