At first I didn't really care for this that much as it was kind of difficult to figure out how to put on. But once you do that, it really does make everything so much easier. In general, it's sturdy, doesn't move.I'd recommend it

This really made using resistance bands at home easy. The slip prevention tabs on top don't move, so adjusting the level of the rings to fit a taller door wasn't possible. But we tightened it pretty tight and it has not moved

This is the greatest product for working out at home hook it on to your door but your little workout bands on it and go to work it's a great product I have no problems with it

What an awesome invention! Strong, easy to install, quality, great price & I get the results I desire. Thank you to whomever invented this because I have several herniated disks in my neck/lower back & this helps me retrain the muscles to hold my vertebrae in place. I’ve tried other over the door workout equipment, but for my needs, this is the best!

Excited about being able to use it but instructions not as easy to set up as far as how to loop strap and secure ...tried researching it not much on it. Nervous that I didn't do it right, to much gap between strap an door no matter how hard I pull to make it tight. Nervous

I bought this to make using my resistance bands easier. I’m 5’1” and 65 years old and just recently started exercising regularly for my health. I hated climbing on a stool to prop the band over the door for one exercise, and then climbing up on the stool to get it down and move it to a different part of the door for another exercise and then bending over and putting it in another part of the door for another exercise. This is so much easier no stool climbing because I can reach that top from the floor. I’ve been using this for two weeks. And I love it. I had to add a carabiner to my exercise bands because I need a way to hook them to the loops without having to remove the handles every time.

It's just have 4 loops on anchor but they showed 5 loops It's wrong information they give to customers because now we can't use any of down door sport because not have loops on down area , lock is broken can't lock it so it's loose

Easy to attach to door. Quite sturdy within weight restrictions. Works well overall. Would recommend.
