The book starts with clear, comprehensive information about the machine. The recipes are well written, and each recipe has beautiful pictures. I would highly recommend this cookbook.

I have read this cookbook. It gives me a detailed way of making ice cream and gelato. I haven’t used any of the recipes yet, but when presented in such a clear and concise way, it takes the fear out of the process. I look forward to making some ice cream this weekend!

My adult daughter and son and families wanted them so I thought I would use it also but getting the book first I read directions and decided that I don’t want to go through all that, I will continue to buy ice cream from the store.

The recipe book is ok, several of the recipes are what you get when you purchase the machine. These recipes use too much milk and heavy whipping cream. when you eat the ice cream you get a waxy film in your mouth, good flavor but it’s like you’re eating butter. You can get better recipes from FB or Pinterest. I personally wouldn’t recommend it or suggest you buy this one

This book is awesome! It basically teaches you to have fun with your desserts without feeling obligated to follow a strict recipe. You can literally throw any fresh fruit in this thing and it will make a yummy healthy sorbet. However, the fancy recipes are easy to follow and turn out delicious also. My only critique is that the measurement numbers (1/3 cup, etc.) are teensy tiny. I just wrote them bigger in the margin for the next time.

Great recipes but I still have a hard time making good ice cream with my Ninja Creamie
