Pentonic Gel Pens: Mixed Quality, Defective Nibs, and Manufacturing Date Discrepancy
I recently ordered the Pentonic Gel Pen Pack of 10 and received it today. However, I'm disappointed to report that out of the 10 pens in the pack, 4 of them had issues with their nibs, with ink sticking on them. This significantly affects the usability of the pens and reduces their overall quality. Additionally, I noticed a discrepancy in the manufacturing date indicated on the package compared to the sticker affixed to it. Such inconsistency raises concerns about the quality control and accuracy of information provided by the manufacturer. While the remaining 6 pens seem to function adequately, the presence of defective pens and inconsistencies in manufacturing dates detract from the overall satisfaction with this product. I hope the manufacturer addresses these issues to ensure a better experience for future customers.
