Meh
I don't know what else I would use for red light therapy. The light still penetrates these. Don't recommend them for red light therapy. Needs to be a heavier plastic.

Well worth it
Great product! the elastic sting can come undone easy if not secured really well. My dog bit my first pair but with Ila tiny flame they molded back and worked great! They someone stole gym bag. I bought the product again 😁
