Works fine, but I was sent a used one ??
Iโm giving this product three stars only because I was sent an opened and what I believe was a returned item. The package had been opened and it was very evident that it had been used. It worked just fine. I guess I should have purchased the used item at checkout and saved a few cents because thatโs what I got. The item works fine. If you guys are going to sell returned items as โnewโ at least make the package look new and wipe all those oily finger prints off it before mailing it. Yes the package had been opened- the tool fell out and had been torn upon first use. In my opinion. Again- tool is fine and works as it should. Not worth talking about anymore.

I don't know any other of these tools, I'm not a professional installer, but I found this tool does the job very well and without any difficulty. This is a very good tool, but you have to adjust it properly to use it. If it is too hard to press because the hand is open too wide to have enough strength, it means you have to adjust the screw and its little wheel. I am very happy with this tool, I needed it for 4 plugs I might never have to use it again, so buying a more expensive one would have been throwing money. This is a solid tool.
